Use the booking form to choose an available appointment time for your mouthguard scan.
During this appointment, we will scan your mouth to capture your bite and create your own custom-fit mouthguard. After this appointment, there is nothing else required from you. Once your guard is complete, we will deliver it to Wrecker Factory, where it will be available the next time you visit.
Payment is collected at the time of your appointment. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
